INTRODUCTION OF CCIC Vietnam Certification and Inspection Company Limited

CCIC Vietnam Inspection and Certification Company Limited, formerly known as China (Vietnam) Inspection Company Limited is a third-tier subsidiary company of CCIC Group, the only inspection company was established in Vietnam and approved by CNCA China, is an independent third-party inspection company specializing in providing professional inspection services to customers in Vietnam and other regions around the world.

CCIC Vietnam was approved by the Vietnamese government to establish on 24 January 2013. The head office was in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. In 2015, CCIC Vietnam established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2017, CCIC Vietnam established Hai Phong company branch. From 2019 to 2023, the company respectively established offices in Long An, Dong Thap, An Giang, Cai Lan port, Vung Ang port, etc. Currently, CCIC Vietnam has built an Agricultural Products & Food laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City, which is now officially in operation. A Mineral & Coal laboratory is now being set up in Haiphong VISP Industrial Zone, which is expected to start operations in May 2024. 

We have a professional staff strength of nearly 100 people in Vietnam. The scope of service spreads throughout Vietnam and radiates to Laos, Cambodia, and other places. The scope of services of CCIC Vietnam includes Certification, Inspection and Testing of various types of goods, specifically as follows:

Agricultural products and food field: rice, bran, tapioca chips, tapioca starch, wood chips, rubber, soybeans, cashews, fertilizer, dried mango, etc.

Minerals and coal field: iron ore, copper ore, zinc ore, manganese ore, bauxite ore, cement, clinker, coal, coke, etc.

Renewable resources service: pre-shipment inspection (from Vietnam to China) of used machinery, recycled metal, recycled aluminum ingots, scrap steel, steel billets etc.

Customs clearance service: damage identification of various types of goods, return of various products to China.

Traceability: various types of seafood, fruits, bird's nest traceability and traceability control techniques.

Other commodities: sulfur, coil and kinds of steel, industrial products...

Certification and calibration-measurement: certification of quality management systems, certification of standard conformity, calibration and measurement of machinery and equipment.

Consulting services: interpretation of export policies for various goods, market access, export filing consultation, inspection consultation and agency services for second-hand equipment exported from China to Vietnam, etc.

Fumigation service: fumigation and disinfection services for various types of goods.
